I've genuinely never seen a scratch game on Newgrounds, and this was a nice little first impression

I can tell you put a lot of effort into this and you should keep on making stuff and getting better. This was a very simple yet well-made fnaf fan game. The robots sometimes attack at the same time and also there is some layering issues but other than that, good job bud :)

this game has a lot of effort put into it and it seems that the whole team had a lot of fun making this. Art is super good, the dialogue is actually really cute and fun, really groovy music, and probably my favorite part is that Trees is super responsive to control, has a fun and simple moveset, and had a good sense of speed along with easy ways to gain speed which would make speeding through levels really fun.

However, I think this point of critique comes from the fact that I'm just not a huge sonic fan in general and I have this same problem with most 2D sonic games. The levels in this don't really compliment the moveset and seem to big for their own good. Although not impossible to quickly speed through levels there are a lot of random 'bumps' in the road that just unnecessarily cut your speed down. Maybe I just don't get it cause again, I don't really like sonic games, but the same problems I have with those games regarding level design also pop up in this game.

overall, I bet people who like sonic games will love this and overall I really like this too! Good Luck and hope this game gets good recognition! :)

[I Don't Like RPGs So I Made One]

The controls are kind of wonky, and sometimes when I swing my sword I randomly get put back into the forward facing position, and sometimes my sword just swings in a totally random direction. Also the lack of a save feature where I don't have to do everything again really made me not want to continue.

It seems like a cute little idea, and with some tweaks to the controls this could be a nice little game. Good job! :)

I genuinely don't know if I was playing this game correctly but I still had a bit of fun with this. The graphics and effects are all very nice and the main mechanic is really interesting, simple and satisfying.

I'm only docking a point because the games "combat" seems a bit unclear and didn't really give good feedback if I killed the enemy or not, also if the turret tower would hone in on enemies, if only slightly that would be really helpful!
